PRICING: Our weekly rental rates quoted are for 4 people staying in the villa.
     An additional weekly charge of £25.00 per person is payable in respect of extra guests.
     The weekly rental includes Air-Conditioning, Wi-Fi Broadband Internet access (bring your own laptop), local phone calls, gas, electricity, bed linen, including bath and swimming towels and "welcome pack".

COT PACKAGE :Available on request and includes the use of a cot, associated bedding, a high-chair and a pushchair.

DISCOUNTS :   
Low Occupancy: 5% for parties of 1-2 people.    
Long Let: 10% discount on 3rd and subsequent weeks.

CHANGEOVER DAY: Saturday - However, mid-week bookings may be available on request.

CLEANING: The villa is cleaned between lets, and for stays of two or more weeks there is a weekly bed linen and towels change.  THE WELCOME PACK: This is intended to supply you with a few essentials to get you through the first morning of your holiday as very few shops are open on Sunday.

DEPOSITS: Bookings are confirmed when a deposit of 25% (subject to a minimum of £150) of the total villa rental is received by us. An additional refundable security/damage deposit of £150 is payable at the same time as the final balance to cover repairs, replacements, loss of keys or other costs resulting from your stay. This will be refunded on return of the keys and confirmation from our manager that everything is in order.

CAR HIRE: We can also book a hire car from a local company Victoria Cars on your behalf that can be collected and returned to Alicante, Valencia or Murcia airport. Payment by credit card) is made direct to the hire company either in advance or on collection of the car. We have personally used this company's cars for several years and have been completely satisfied with the service and the quality of the cars provided.
