January 5th	to	February 23rd	£255	The prices shown are the TOTAL rental for the villa based on  6 adults sharing (see discounts for low occupancy), and include broadband, local phone calls, gas, electricity, bed linen, bath and sun bed towels, cot package, pool ticket and "welcome pack".  DISCOUNTS :       Low Occupancy : 5% for parties of 3-4 and 10% for parties of 1-2 people.      Long Let : 10% discount on 3rd and subsequent weeks.  The villa is cleaned between lets and for stays of two or more weeks there is a weekly bed linen and towels change. THERE ARE NO HIDDEN EXTRAS.  COT: A cot package is available on request at no charge except where this results in 7 people being in the party.  In this case the fee is £35pw which includes the hire of the cot, bedding, high-chair and pushchair plus other costs occasioned by having a seventh person in the villa.  The "Welcome Pack" is intended to supply you with a few essentials to get you through the first morning of your holiday as very few shops are open on Sunday.   Bookings are confirmed when a deposit of 25% (Min £100) of the total cost is received by us. An additional refundable security/damage deposit of £150 is payable at the same time as the final balance to cover repairs, replacements, loss of keys or other costs resulting from your stay. This will be refunded on return of the keys and confirmation from our manager that everything is in order.       CAR HIRE : We can also book a hire car from a local company on your behalf that can be collected and returned to Alicante, Valencia or Murcia airport. Payment (cash or credit card) is made direct to the hire company on collection of the car. We have personally used this company's cars over the last few years and have been completely satisfied with the service and the quality of the cars provided.  FLIGHTS : The cost of return Economy class flights can vary from less than £100 each, to a maximum we have seen quoted by BA of £698.
